Returns & Refunds (Non-Custom Website Orders) — 14 Days

We accept returns for non-custom physical items ordered online within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned unused/unworn and in original condition (and packaging when applicable).
Email kaijuuuzz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

Return shipping

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective/damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected and are sent to the original payment method.
